Awareness – First X5 Principle
X5 principles provide a strong foundation to help you focus your spiritual, mental, emotional and physical energies to manifest the body you want. Practicing and expanding awareness is a skill you can apply in all aspects of life. You can focus this skill in many areas including self-awareness and health awareness.
Removing Self- Made Barriers
Accomplishing goals including body transformation and weight loss begins with awareness. Part of this awareness is recognizing self-made barriers and taking steps in removing them. Fear, guilt, self- doubt, inaccurate nutrition information and ineffective exercise programs are just to name a few of these barriers. And there is a way for anyone to remove them.
The first step in process of transformation is expansion of awareness about who you really are. Most people have a mistaken belief along with a limited and negative image of themselves. This limited self -awareness keeps many of their amazing abilities hidden and dormant.
X5 is about expanding your awareness about yourself. On a deeper level as your awareness about you expands, you will begin to replace negative qualities such as fear, impatience, agitation and low self- esteem with positive qualities of love, compassion, calm and confidence.
As your awareness about food changes, you’ll begin to understand the difference between dopamine and serotonin and their impact on what is called pleasure triad. You’ll begin to put real food in your body that makes you healthy, happy and strong. Your body transforms as the results.
As your awareness about exercise changes, you’ll begin to understand the difference between exercises that work for an hour and exercises that boost your metabolism for days and weeks.
Leave The Past Behind
Past experiences can hold you back by fixing your attention on the same event and repeating it. Without holistic expansion in your awareness about who you are, any external activity from diet to exercise will take you only so far and then you’ll snap back to the image you hold of yourself in your heart.
A holistic process allows you to change an image you have of yourself to a fuller version of you and recognize the dormant qualities inside you. By nurturing these amazing qualities you change and your body must follow this change.
Every diet and most exercise programs emphasize changing your external activities without addressing you. As long as you remain the same all the external activities, diets and exercises will end up with the same results and they often fail.
