What are the primary goals for balance training from higher consciousness heights?
Balance training is a process that accomplishes three primary goals.
- It helps us recognize and act in tune with existing natural laws.
- It helps us internalize our base of support. The process of internalizing depends on increasing our self-awareness.
- It includes a narrowing of our base of support. Narrowing the base increases self-reliance.
