Brain speed is your quick or slow processing. Your brain age is your brain speed.
Brain balance is the rhythm of flow. Even flow creates balanced outlook. Uneven bursts are anxiousness and irritability.
Brain synchrony is coordination between your four known brain waves. Synchronous brain waves create harmony among alertness, creativity, relaxation and sleep in the right order during the day.
